Modular FLIM Solutions for other Laser Scanning Microscopes

Due to their modularity the bh can easily be attached to home-built scanning systems. The requirements are:

The system uses a picosecond or femtosecond laser for excitation or

bullet

A fibre input for a BDL-SMC picosecond diode laser is available.

bullet

The fluorescence light is available at a suitable optical port of the system

bullet

Scan clock pulses are available to synchronise the recording with the scanning. For details please see bh TCSPC Handbook and 'Overview about bh Modular FLIM Systems' (below).
